 Sales Trap

You wake up one day and realize that there is much to fix in your home. You want it done now.....You have  too many credit card bills that are weighing you down, and by the time you get your slippers on, you talk yourself out of home improvements....

The interest rate is higher, the appraisal they did came in lower.Your  happy mood just got dumped as you realize that the home improvements will be cut, the payment is not what was expected, and overall it doesn't even matter that there are no fees to do the loan because now,you can't pay off  credit cards either.
